On February 16th, David and Wu Han traveled to Columbia, Maryland for a performance presented by the Candlelight Concert Society. Part of their Chamber Music Series, the concert was held in the Wilde Lake Interfaith Center.

On the day of the performance, David and Wu han conducted a masterclass in the new Monteabaro Recital Hall at Howard Community College. At the conclusion of the class, a cello ensemble performed conducted by one of David's former students, Benjamin Myers, who is an Assistant Professor of Music at Howard.

After the concert, David and Wu Han were greeted by a host of audience members including Lorri and Tom Roth. The Roths have been long time supporters of the Candlelight Concert Society and partially underwrote the concert.
