Presented by the Denver Friends of Chamber Music, the duo performed at the the Newman Center for the Performing Arts' June Swaner Gates Concert Hall in Denver, Colorado on June 13th. Since it was created in 1954, Friends of Chamber Music has become the premiere presenter of chamber music in the Denver Area. David and Wu Han performed a program featuring Beethoven's Sonata No. 2 in g minor, Op. 5 No. 2, Lera Auerbach's Sonata no. 1 for Violoncello and Piano, and Grieg's Sonata in a minor Op. 36 to great acclaim.
